James and Patricia Bullock met 25 years ago in the kitchens of the Keltic Lodge on Canada's East coast. Two young chefs living and working in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

A quarter of a century later they have an interesting network of friends and colleagues, two wonderful children and some crazy stories to tell about the journey along the way.
